Through my own experience with grief, injury, surgeries, chronic migraines, depression, and sleep issues, as well as through my professional work with many people in various settings, I have discovered that looking at the “whole” person and seeing one’s self as “whole” and learning to experience deep relaxation is not a luxury anymore but a necessity.
I have spent the last 20+years, in Upstate New York and Coastal Carolinas, cultivating a holistic wellness practice that integrates multiple modalities to promote health and to support wellness.
I am licensed in South Carolina as a Massage and Bodywork Therapist, with Advanced Training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Oncology Massage, ScarWork and Reiki.
I am currently taking new clients at my private bodywork practice in Hilton Head Island SC.
