Shannon is committed to helping you tap into that place where you can truly “Shine On.” The Monday following each Ongoing Monthly session, you will receive a recorded version of the practice in an email. (this is an optional offering you will be asked to provide your email address).   Just as we practice Asana or postures, Yoga Nidra is also a practice in which the benefits are more accessible with repetition. Shannon encourages you to use the recordings to continue with your practice a few times a week if not daily.  Each month will offer a new practice at class as well as in the recording.  You will continue to build your collection of recordings to use at your discretion each month.  Use the one that resonates best for you.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring socks and a sweater, blankets, thin pillow, eye pillow if you have one and a pen. No previous yoga or meditation experience required, only the desire to relax, restore and heal.

Would you like to organize a Yoga or Yoga Nidra session or workshop for a group of friends, family, coworkers? Get in touch and let's make it happen.

Shine On

I am a runner and not very flexible.,though I have incorporated stretching and yoga poses into my morning routine, on my own, for many years. My first introduction to Yoga Nidra was through Shannon’s Evening Bliss class, a combination of postures and Yoga Nidra. I came to enjoy the Nidra more than the poses. I still attend the Evening Biss class but decided to try the Monday evening Nidra class as well. I find it settles my busy, anxious mind and leaves me refreshed. Now whenever I wake up too early in the morning I can put myself in that pose and imagine Shannon’s voice leading me to relaxation. It always works.
I would say that the practice of Yoga Nidra has expanded my yoga practice from stretching the body to also stretching the mind.
